It seems that many young adults today understand the importance of being mindful, present, and living a balanced life, but the busyness and realities of everyday life prevent them from doing so. As a means of creating attainability and simplicity around mindfulness, my twin sister and I collaborated to develop and design this printed journal. 
Project Present is designed to provide structured and attainable progress in mindfulness for the owner, using a rhythmic series of writing, creative exercises, and drawing to create personal awareness. It is accompanied by a pocket journal, providing an outlet for in-the-moment mindful thinking and creative flow.
